In order to file a Form N3 for the Change of Name for a CLG the company must file the most recent version of the constitution (with the new name) and either a copy of the resolution/Form G1 or the address where the meeting took place. Therefore, in order to change the name of a CLG under CA 14 you essentially must perform a full conversion.
