A director’s date of birth was filed incorrectly on a B10, what is the process for the CRO to update this?

Can you let me know if a director date of birth was filed incorrectly on a B10 what is the process for the CRO to update this? Do we need to do another B10, resign them and then re-appoint them?

Answer:

You can file a B10 and there is a section to amend details. Once that is completed the Director can sign it and upload it to CORE. You should also check the Register of the Companies to ensure their Date of Birth is correct there and to note a B10 was submitted to amend an incorrect date of Birth in the Comments section.
